The Enterprise Capacity Manager (ECM) is a software system that integrates all aspects of satellite capacity management into a single system. ECM's target customers are organizations that manage or use a significant amount of satellite capacity. ECM supports capacity sales and forecasting, resource management, cost and revenue tracking, customer relationship management (CRM), and carrier management. Occasional use capacity management and billing are new functions under development. For more complex technical analysis and map generation, ECM integrates seamlessly with Complan.
