Complan® is a capacity management tool useful in all phases of SATCOM network design and optimization, and operational satellite transmission planning and capacity management. Complan models and analyzes both commercial and military SATCOM systems operating in C, Ku, X, and Ka-band, and is used to design and optimize networks that meet user-specified quality of service and make efficient use of satellite capacity.
